A. You do not need to be home, but your bins should be empty and accessible at the curb.

A. Yes, we sure do! If you're happy with our service, the best thing to do is leave us a review and recommend our service to family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues. Your account will be credited $5 for each referral.

Q. Will I get a reminder for my cleaning days?
A. Yes, we will remind you of your clean and confirm the completion via text or email, depending on your preference.

Q. How will I know if my bins have been cleaned?
A. In addition to the fresh scent and clean appearance, we will always leave a sticker on the bin and send you a text when we are done.

Q. Do you clean both trash and recycling bins?
A. Yes, we recommend cleaning both due to bacteria, viruses, germs, insects, and an odor that builds up in both types of bins.

Q. What do you do with the dirty water?
A. All water is collected in our self-contained unit and disposed of safely at an approved dump location.
